SCHOOL SERVICES
For parents or school personnel interested in specialized services relevant and critical to the appropriate assessment and educational support of diverse, English language learners
Fees for our specialized services are based on time spent. For evaluations/assessments with report a flat fee is charged plus any travel time to school.
For parents or school personnel who feel they do not require any specialized services the "Questions/Concerns Consultation" may be more suitable.
P.O’s (Purchase Orders) from schools are acceptable for all services and must be submitted signed prior to the requested service along with our standard signed contract.
For parents requesting services, a retainer fee is required at time of request Balance of payment must be received by SLLLC at least 48 hours prior to providing service. No reports will be released until full payment has been received.
We accept cash, money order or check.
RETURNED CHECK POLICY:
Any and all fees incurred for returned checks are the client’s responsibility
