PAYMENT POLICY HEALTH INSURANCE POLICY: Second Language Literacy & Learning Connection is not a member or provider for any medical insurance plan. Experience has shown that insurance plans may not agree with the comprehensive services we provide and required by you.

As we are considered by your insurance as an OUT OF NETWORK provider it is recommended that you contact your insurance carrier and inquire if your plan provides such coverage.

You will receive an itemized receipt with the required insurance codes; it will be your responsibility to file and mail for reimbursement with your insurance carrier.

Payment is expected at time of service. We accept cash, money order or check.

Final Reports are not released until receipt of full payment due.
